A cooperative society is a voluntary association of individuals who come together to meet their common economic, social, and cultural needs through a jointly owned and democratically controlled enterprise. In Nepal, cooperatives are registered under the Cooperative Act and regulated by the Department of Cooperatives.
To become a member, visit our office with a citizenship certificate copy, two passport-size photos, and the membership fee. Fill in the membership form, pay the share capital amount, and you will be enrolled as a member after approval by the board.
Members enjoy competitive interest rates on savings, access to loans at lower interest rates, share in annual profits (dividend), voting rights in general meetings, access to digital banking services, and financial literacy programs organized by the cooperative.
We offer: Regular Savings (flexible deposits and withdrawals), Fixed Deposit (higher interest for locked period), Recurring Deposit (monthly fixed installment), Children's Savings, and Senior Citizen Savings with preferential rates.
Interest rates vary by product and are updated periodically as per Nepal Rastra Bank guidelines. Please visit our Interest Rates page or contact our office for current rates. Fixed deposit rates are generally higher and depend on the tenure chosen.
We provide: Personal Loan, Home Loan, Agriculture Loan, Business Loan, Education Loan, Women Entrepreneur Loan, and Micro Loan for small income-generating activities.
Visit our office with your citizenship certificate, two photos, income proof (salary slip / business documents), collateral documents, and filled loan application form. Our credit team will evaluate and notify you within 7 working days.
Members can access: Mobile Banking App (account balance, fund transfer, mini statement), SMS Banking (balance alerts), Online Account Statement, and QR Payment at partner merchants.
(1) Visit office with registered mobile number and citizenship. (2) Fill mobile banking registration form. (3) Receive activation PIN via SMS. (4) Download app, enter member ID and PIN, set new password.
Yes. All digital transactions are secured with end-to-end encryption, two-factor authentication (OTP), and session timeouts. Our systems comply with Nepal Rastra Bank IT Security Guidelines. Never share your PIN or OTP with anyone.
